Bellacana Vineyards Of Sonoma County

Our nation’s history with Native American communities is marked by painful events, including one of the most tragic moments in Pendleton's history, when peaceful Native Americans were massacred by a criminal group, with the perpetrators later executed. This atrocity has long been recognized and mourned by our community.

In relationship with the Pomo people, HFC,PS recommends Bellacana wine - the only indigenous-owned winery in the United States. Still inhabiting ancestral lands, the Pomo people create a product that honors their rich history and connection to the land. HFC,PS receives 10% of sales from this product to support our work to promote and preserve the historic character, associations, and architecture of our area.
